Delivery by transport companies:
Delivery of goods to the terminal of the transport company is free.
Delivery from the point of issue to the client is paid by the client.

International items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges.( 30kg + )

All items will be shipped in 1-3 business days after payment received and cleared. we'll reply you automatically via emails /contact no.within 24h.

Tracking numbers of shipping would be provided to track your belongings.

All items will be shipped to the address provided by the customer .Please update your latest address when you check out,and please make sure to provide us with correct,precise and detailed shipping address.

If you don't receive items over 20 business days,please make sure to contact us.We'll try our best to help you solve the problem.

PAYMENTS

You can pay the order in cash to the courier or upon receipt of the order at the post office cash on delivery or at the Boxberry pickup point. It is also possible to pay the order on the site by credit/Debit card.

Also in the online store it is possible to pay the invoice and place an order for a legal entity with the provision of the necessary documents (invoice, waybill) when ordering from 200 USD.

We process orders from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00. Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday.
